From raw block inspection to final container loading, every stage is managed through advanced machinery, experienced supervision and rigorous quality control.
Our facility is equipped with modern imported machinery designed to deliver accurate cutting, smooth finishing, and uniform slab thickness across every order. From gang saw cutting and slab processing to polishing, calibration and edge finishing, each stage is handled with strict operational controls. We maintain thickness tolerances of ±1–2 mm and high-gloss finishes exceeding 80+ GU for polished surfaces. This infrastructure allows us to process granite, marble, quartzite and sandstone efficiently while meeting project-specific requirements for dimensions, finish and volume. The result is dependable quality, faster production timelines and slabs prepared and ready for projects across global markets.
Each block is inspected at the quarry for cracks, fissures, color consistency, veining character, and geological soundness before approval for processing.
Blocks are cut, calibrated, polished and finished using modern machinery with strict tolerance checks for thickness, gloss level and dimensional accuracy.
Before dispatch, every slab is checked for shade matching, surface defects, dimensions and quantity accuracy against order specifications.
Slabs are packed using foam separators, moisture-resistant wrapping, reinforced wooden crates, and vertical A-frame loading for maximum transit safety.
Independent inspection can be arranged through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek for quality verification, quantity checks and shipment certification.
