Ponjia Grey Quartzite is a metamorphic stone quarried from the Rajasthan quartzite formation in India. The stone’s deeper grey colouration results from elevated graphite, chlorite, and dark mineral content within the recrystallised quartz matrix, while the lighter grey veining and occasional white mineral formations reflect secondary mineral movement through the stone’s fracture systems.
